The company has a focus on this - by matching therapists to clients they produce excellent clinical outcomes and most importantly, happy participants! For their team members, the company creates both a supportive and flexible work environment. Therapists are able to manage their own work schedule with flexibility in hours and days. There are regular external speakers and in-house training with the Specialist Occupational Therapists on the team. Roles are available in Sydney's Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Hills Districts. Your caseload is contained to a geographical area within a 30-minute radius from your home. Permanent full-time, part-time options with contracting opportunities if preferred. On offer: Well above award pay rates - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 super (depending on experience) for permanent employment Contractors can expect to earn around $100 per hour Learn from the best - therapists on the team deliver training across the country and can help develop your skills in your interest area The team meets throughout the calendar year for social events Weekly or fortnightly supervision depending on your needs and experience Structured 2-week induction program including shadowing sessions Monthly team meetings Every 2 months you will receive training from Australia's largest equipment providers Manage your diary Concentrate on therapy with a fantastic admin team Annual PD allowance provided Develop new skills and work collaboratively and closely with a team of significantly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapists What you will be doing: Your responsibilities will vary depending on your interest area/caseload you will be managing. Some of the duties will include: Conducting OT functional assessments (including SIL and SDA) Implementing Daily living skills training Assistive Technology prescription including simple and complex Minor and major home modifications Liaising with external stakeholders Hybrid working environment What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Previous NDIS experience Drivers license and own vehicle Interested in this position?
